What is your biggest fitness strength?

Tell me what are you good at...is it fitness knowledge, cooking healthy meals, are you motivating yourself well? What do you strive to be the best at?

For me, I enjoy group aerobics particularly step aerobics and body combat. On the other hand, I am a terrible cook! I hope to become someone who makes sure her schedule includes a minimum of 4 days of exercise each week (most of them being some fitness class).

Hi Kim,

Really trying to think of something I'm best at, but I,m a lot like that Einstein quote you posted. I don't try to be best, but more of value.
I can prepare healthy meals, but for me it's the portion size that is the problem. I like the feeling of fullness, so salads should be the first course & possibly someday the last.
