What is your health goal?

Alright!  I have shared with you....now it is your turn. Comment and let me know what your health goal is. Perhaps it is a goal weight....or maybe a fitness habit, a diet change...you decide where you would like to start and let me know!

Hi Kim,
My goal is to loose 50lbs! It amazes to even say that because I can remember back when 10 lbs was such a challenge.
At that weight I know I will feel much better physically & mentally. I must get the energy & inspiration to walk each & every morning along with this dieting. That's about all the exercise energy I think I can muster up unfortunately. Exercise machines bore me.
I will try to be more dilligent about keeping a routine.

Great "E",

You can do it! What day to you plan to start your walking? How many days a week will you go and what days and time? I ask this because I think it's sometimes easier to make a commitment if it is on your schedule! Also, how are you planning your walks? So many minutes/day or miles?

I'm proud of your goal setting! You will look great! I remember when I finally agreed to set a goal. It was the scariest part. However, I think it was needed. Just remember that within this goal there are smaller ones. One pound per week and next year this time there will be a smaller, leaner you!

Hi Kim,
I've tried to set a schedule, but they usually get interrupted & that disappoints me. So I will walk whenever I can & the length depends on my stamina.
1 pound a week sounds so easy, but for me this would be quite a blessing!
